Patrick Meakin (Managing Director)
Pat has over 20 years’ research agency experience, primarily in the automotive sector. Over the years he has been involved with projects using just about any data collection technique you care to mention and will use this experience to broaden and enhance Lorien’s research offerings.
Peter Stewart-Sandeman (Research Director)
Peter draws on over 20 years’ experience in market research, and has a logical practical approach. He has wide ranging experience of continuous and ad hoc projects, both in the UK and abroad. Within his current role Peter directed the set-up of the telephone unit, using computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) technology. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of this unit, which currently conducts approximately 120,000 interviews per annum. He has managed its expansion, implementing more complex sampling and reporting methodologies. Peter is a full member of the Market Research Society.
Gudrun Schmidberger (Research Manager)
Gudrun’s principal responsibilities are the management of Ford’s customer satisfaction tracking programme (car and commercial vehicles) as well as other projects Lorien currently undertakes for Ford and its associated companies, including CSI/DSI for Ford Credit. She has over 13 years’ experience, primarily automotive research, in continuous and ad hoc research covering postal, online, telephone and face-to-face data collection methodologies.
John Poole (Business Development Director) MBA(Aston), DipM, MCIM, AMRS
John joined Lorien Research in 2003 and demonstrates over 20 years’ automotive, financial services and retail research experience including client roles for Barclaycard, Staples, Halfords and the RAC. Having been responsible for large research projects and the purchase of customer research from the client perspective, there is nobody better placed than John to advise you on your research requirements.
